1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website may place on your device. Browser local storage is a similar technology that keeps information in your browser. Netherlands and EU rules require prior consent before non-essential technologies are used.
2. What this website currently uses
Chat conversation — requested functionality
The chat assistant stores your conversation on your own device after you choose to use it, so the conversation remains available when you revisit the page. You can remove it by clearing this website's browser data.
The website does not currently activate analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies or similar technologies are in use.
3. Third-party services
The intake-call booking opens Google Calendar, and video meetings use Google Meet. These services operate under their own privacy and cookie policies after you choose to use them. The chat assistant sends the message you submit to our AI service provider so a response can be generated; its local conversation history remains in your browser.
4. Browser controls
You can delete or block browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may cause your chat history not to be remembered. Your browser's help pages explain the controls available on your device.
5. Future changes
If we introduce analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology, it will remain disabled until valid consent is obtained. We will update this policy with the provider, purpose and retention period before activating it.
6. Contact
