- Booking details for intake calls, including the date and time you select and any notes you add.

3. Why we use personal data
Enquiries and services
We use enquiry and project information to respond, prepare proposals, arrange requested services and perform or take steps toward a contract. The legal basis is contract necessity or steps requested before entering a contract.
Intake-call bookings
When you book an intake call, we use your name, email and booking details to create the calendar invitation, send a confirmation and welcome email, and prepare for the conversation. The legal basis is steps requested before entering a contract.
Communication and customer care
We use your details to answer questions, maintain our relationship and follow up on an enquiry. The legal basis is contract necessity or our legitimate interest in providing attentive service.
Website security and improvement
We may use limited technical information to maintain security, diagnose faults and improve the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service.
4. Use of AI on this website
The website includes a chat assistant that uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about our services and help you book an intake call. In line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we inform you that you are interacting with an AI system, not a human. The assistant does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Messages you send to the assistant are processed by our AI service provider so a response can be generated. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. The conversation history is stored in your own browser and can be removed by clearing this website's browser data.
5. Who receives data
We share data only where necessary with trusted providers involved in website hosting, email delivery, calendar and meeting services (Google Calendar and Google Meet), AI response generation, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. They receive only the information needed for their role and must protect it appropriately.
6. International transfers
Some technology partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, and supplementary safeguards where required.
7. How long we keep data
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, to manage our relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably needed. Contract and invoice records may be kept for the period required by Netherlands law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data; object to processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. 137 Technology Solutions does not use such automated decision-making.
To exercise a right, contact us at hello@137tech.nl. We may request information needed to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
9. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can address your concern. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
10. Security and changes
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. No internet service is completely secure, but we review our safeguards and providers regularly. We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest revision.
