Fuse Project

Challenge
Operating across separate ServiceNow instances caused operational fragmentation, inconsistent service delivery and hindered cross-functional collaboration across key IT teams of the company.
Intervention
Merged two ServiceNow instances into a single, centralized platform, migrated and upgraded 200+ IT services to the latest version with redesigned workflows, and onboarded Infrastructure, Desktop, Server, Cloud and Project Management teams with dedicated training.
Impact
Established a unified IT service management model with one source of truth across IT operations, significantly improving cross-team alignment, operational visibility and service efficiency.

Challenge
Our enterprise client needed standardized, measurable service management across territories under the company's Global Service Management governance.
Intervention
Implemented ITIL framework processes and designed the ServiceNow platform for the entire EMEA Technology teams, adding reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis, and trained business partners and territory teams on the platform.
